All collections include personalized timeline guidance, a must-have photograph list, and planning support. Coverage of six or more hours also includes a complimentary engagement session. Sneak peeks arrive within 72 hours, with your professionally retouched gallery delivered within 12 weeks through a private online gallery and keepsake flash drive for long-term storage. A $500 retainer secures your date and applies toward your total, with the remaining balance due 90 days before your wedding, once your timeline is finalized with your venue and me.

You'll receive personalized timeline guidance, help creating your must-have photograph list, and planning support leading up to your wedding.
Sneak peeks are delivered within 72 hours, with your completed gallery available within 8 weeks through a private online gallery and keepsake flash drive.
A $500 retainer secures your date and applies toward your total coverage cost, with the remaining balance due 90 days before your wedding. Additional coverage is available at $400 per hour. Travel fees and expenses apply to my outside local service area.

FAQ
Do you travel for weddings?
I photograph weddings throughout New York State and am based in Albion, NY. Travel within 30 minutes is included. Beyond that, a $75 travel fee applies for each additional 30 minutes of one-way travel. For weddings more than three hours away, overnight accommodations may be required depending on your timeline and coverage hours. Lodging expenses are separate and discussed before booking.
What can we expect when working with you?
Your wedding may be one of the biggest events you've ever planned. My goal is to help you feel prepared long before the day arrives, so you can actually enjoy it. Once booked, you'll receive access to my private Wedding Guide, where you can schedule your engagement session, explore sample timelines, begin your must-have photograph list, and book our details meeting approximately 120 days before your wedding. Your timeline and must-have shot list are entirely personal. We can plan traditional portraits, take a predominantly documentary approach, or find a balance between the two. I'll help you consider lighting, family portraits, and the time needed for each part of your day.
Do we need a second photographer?
Not every wedding needs a second photographer, but there are situations where I strongly recommend one. If you're getting ready at separate locations and want both documented, a second photographer allows us to cover those moments simultaneously. It's also helpful for photographing wedding parties separately before the ceremony and provide two perspectives during your day. I may also recommend additional coverage support for extensive family portrait lists, particularly when there are more than seven combinations per side. Larger lists require more coordination and can take valuable time away from your celebration. If a second photographer isn't within your budget, we can simplify your list and designate a family member or friend to help gather everyone. We'll discuss what's practical during your details meeting.
How will we receive our photographs? Can we order prints?
Your wedding images are delivered via private online gallery available for one full year of downloading and sharing alongside an keepsake flash drive for your permanent, lifelong storage. For effortless browsing, your gallery is organized into curated collections that document the narrative of your day, making it seamless to revisit memories with family and friends. You will receive personal printing rights alongside unlimited high-resolution digital downloads. To preserve your legacy archive, professional-grade prints, custom wall art, and heirloom wedding albums can be ordered directly through my integrated premium print partner lab.
When will we receive our gallery? Do you offer rush editing?
Wedding galleries are delivered within 12 weeks of your wedding date, with shorter delivery timelines for select collections. Within 72 hours, I'll share your sneak peeks on Instagram and Facebook and email you the links. Within seven business days, you'll receive access to your private online gallery, where your sneak peeks will be available. Your engagement photographs can also remain organized in their own collection, with your completed wedding gallery added as it's finalized. Accelerated production is available for $750, guaranteeing your full gallery is delivered straight to your inbox within 3 weeks of your wedding day. Rush availability must be confirmed 120 days in advance at your details meeting.
